Once I have received the details associated with your booking enquiry; I shall then be able to respond, as promptly as possible, with affirmation as to whether I can undertake the job or not. If I am able to accommodate the enquiry; I shall respond with successive relevant details. such as: my rates as per the job brief/details (if not already stated in the initial enquiry), availability in the case of date flexibility, plus answer any other related queries put forward.
Cancellation policy - this is something that I have in place for the transactions agreed to take place as per bookings confirmed. The policy purpose is to prevent/avoid the detrimental affect that cancellations can have on aspects of my job such as; tour/event disruption, valuable time within my routinely hectic diary going to waste (when it could have been given to someone else/allocated elsewhere) and the financial repercussions on myself in cases where I may have laid out expenses in advance on things like travel, accommodation and outfit/prop purchase. My policy is not one-sided, and in the rare event of myself needing to cancel and leaving fellow creatives in an inconvenient predicament/out of pocket; I would also reimburse - though this is yet to happen! Specialised/bespoke creative events may have a separate tailored policy - this will be specified upon the provision of the event details. My general policy comes into play in the following situation: Any booking that has been agreed and confirmed for the duration of 48 hours but cancelled within two weeks (14 days) of the assignment date requires the full fee/rate agreed to be paid within one week of the original assignment date. This fee should also include any expenses incurred by the model for the specific assignment.
